Counselor Application Information

Iranian Alliances Across Borders (IAAB) seeks motivated and enthusiastic university students and young professionals to serve as counselors and mentors at Camp Ayandeh. Counselors must participate in a training period prior to the beginning of Camp Ayandeh. IAAB will cover all counselors’ basic food, ground transportation, lodging, materials for the duration of the training and camp, including expenses related to day trips for those selected to participate in Camp Ayandeh. The sole financial responsibility of counselors is their transportation (by air or otherwise) to and from the local designated airport. The final deadline for counselor applications is April 1st, though counselors may be accepted on a rolling basis.

If this is your first time applying to be a counselor at Camp Ayandeh, please complete the New Counselor Application form.

If you have been a counselor at Camp Ayandeh in the past, please complete the Returning Counselor Application form.
